Amplify launches new division to help creators crack TV/Film industry

Leading talent and creator agency Amplify has launched a new division – Amplify Screen – focused on helping creators and traditional talent crack opportunities in film, television, live theatre and advertising.

Go Deeper: Heading up the new division is Naomi Hannan, who has been appointed Screen Agent. Hannan has seven years of industry expertise at Mollison Keightley Management, she has also worked with talent on major productions including Home & Away, Heartbreak High, and Black Snow.

What they said: “Expanding into screen representation is a natural step for Amplify. We’ve seen firsthand the demand from both creators and the industry for a more connected talent ecosystem. With Naomi on board, we’re perfectly positioned to support our creators as they step into screen roles while also helping traditional performers explore the creator economy,” said Sonja Stindl, general manager at Amplify.

Alex Reid, co-founder of Amplify, added: “Creators are more than just social stars – they’re the driving force behind the biggest cultural trends, and brands, studios, and networks are taking notice. The Creatorverse has never been more influential and the crossover between digital creators and traditional screen talent is only accelerating.

“Amplify Screen will ensure our talent has the access and representation they need to take advantage of these opportunities and make their mark on whichever screen or stage their story belongs.”
