Bastion and 7-Eleven Dark Cafe wins Most Influential Campaign, all the AiMCO Award Best Campaign winners

7-Eleven's Dark Café campaign, delivered by Bastion Agency, has won the Most Influential Campaign at the AiMCO Awards and also took out the Best Food and Beverage Campaign category.

The convenience store launched a new coffee blend with a major marketing campaign in July of 2023.​ The campaign was designed to convince on-the-go coffee drinkers, who wouldn’t normally purchase from a convenience store, that 7-Eleven coffee was worth trying.

To launch the brand, it built an advocacy campaign that put the new blend to a taste test in the form of a pop-up café, inviting unexpected passers-by to a free cup of coffee.

Across the wide campaign category, it was a big night for Social Soup – who took home Best Gifting campaign, Best Business/Finance/Insurance/Telco campaign, and Best Family/Parenting/Pets campaign.
